IMPORTANT: If your booth violates our height restrictions (see item 21,Terms & Conditions), you must inform us now.
FEES AND PAYMENTS: A 10' x 10' booth is $600.00 for Allied Members of the Ontario Accommodation Association. It is $900.00 for non-members. There is an additional $150.00 premium for booths with two aisle exposure. 10% discount for multiple booths (2 or more booked by the same company). 13% HST applies to all booth fees. Payment in full for Booth Fees must accompany this application. No Invoice Will Be Sent. NO CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS AFTER FEBRUARY 22, 2011. Any cancellation prior to February 22, 2011 is subject to a $75.00 administration charge per booth space. Booths are 10' x 10'. Exhibitors may appy for more than one booth. Each application will be processed based on receipt at the Ontario Accommodation Association office. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Show Management will determine the final allocation of exhibit space. Every effort will be made to satisfy space requests. Competing companies will be kept separate.
ON ACCEPTANCE BY SHOW MANAGEMENT, a signed copy of this application and further information will be sent.
